Programming CIII using byteblaster

Hello guys, I need your help please.

Q1: I am going to program 64SI16 in-circuit using byteblaster. Is this circuit (http://real.kiev.ua/old/avreal/img/bbaisp.png) valid to do it successfully using QII software?

Q2: I was said I will get .hex file. I get to "Programmer", set the device, select Add File, and do not see .hex option there... what should I do?
