Programming Arria10GX FPGA

Hi all,

I am trying to program Arria 10GX Programmable Acceleration Card through RISC-V CPU.I have installed OPAE-SDK.I am facing an error which I attached as a screenshot while running sudo fpgainfo fme command.Kindly suggest a solution for the problem.
