Programmer fail on first Program click

Quartus Programmer fail on first "Program" click with bemicro cv a9 board.

Anyone have same issue? If I click "Program" for the second time programming works..

    Hi,

    no idea if that helps, but at the bottom of the Quartus main window there's a log area labelled "System". I mention this because it's easily overlooked, as usually the "Processing" log area is open by default instead (at least on my installation, it doesn't seem to switch to "System" automatically when I use the programmer). Maybe you get some helpful information from there.

    System say

    Error (209040): Can't access JTAG chain

    But when I click second times..

    Info (209017): Device 1 contains JTAG ID code 0x02B140DD

    And all program fine
