Problems with Cyclone II and Quartus 13.0.0.156

Hello,

I downloaded Quartus II 13.0.0 build 156 which is the last versions that supports Cyclone II. Since I downloaded the Web Edition I also downloaded the Cyclone II and Cyclone V families to use on it.

When I tried to add both devices, Quartus didn't recongnize Cyclone II file.
