Problem with UART Core

I made a driver for the UART core to talk to my computer via RS-232 on a DE2-115 dev board. Im using the NIOS. It works great sending data to hyperterminal, however receiving data is strange. ...

Best to use something other than hyperterminal - it behaves strangely.

Try using 'putty' - tends to work much better.
