POF Files in Quartus II to MAX+PLUSII

Hi, at the moment I have a design project in Quartus II 8.0 SP1 and a POF file to go with it. However, in my lab at school, MAX+PLUSII runs on all the machines. I'm wondering if my POF file generated in Quartus will allow me to program the device in MAX+PLUSII onto a UP2 board. Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I don't forsee any problem.

    If so you can download free stand-alone Quartus programmer from altera.

    I am a bit surprised that max ii is still in use(it must be free stuff)
