Hi,
I use hard core of PCIe of 4 channel in 10CX105YF780E6G.
The TX/RX is on the followed pins:

For the refclk usage you can refer to the user guide below
- For PCIe REFCLK Pins is suggested to use the HCSL I/O standard for PCIe refclk Pin-Outs (PDF)
