Not able to load example hellow world in DS-5

It just failed to connect. below is the complete note:-

Unable to connect to Altera-SoCFPGA-HardwareLib-GNU-Debug. Failed to connect to the device

The desired vendor daemon is down.

Check the lmgrd log file, or try lmreread.
