No library for MAX 10 in model sim altera ( Cant resolve error vsim-10000)

Dear Good people

Good day. I was trying to simulate my design using SCFIFO Ip function. But there is a problem named vsim-10000. I searched some solution for that and most of the solution said that i should add the device library in modelsim altera simulation. But for MAX 10 there is no library i found. I am using Modelsim altera starter edition 10.4b.
