nios elf download failed!!

when i want to download .sof and .elf file to epcs64 unsing Nios II Flash Program,the .sof file write ok but .elf aways fail. I think that he qsys connect should be no problem ,because i write the sof file OK. I really don't know why ? is there anyone have this problem?

    What version of Quartus are you using? Is your EPCS64 and Altera branded part or from a 3rd party - e.g. Micron?

    I use quartus II 15.0 and EP2AGX65 with epcs64 (not a 3rd party).

    I have saw thread 50234-EPCS64 .In thread 5023-EPS64,but i think it's errs occured at the step to write .sof file .In my case i have write the .sof file successed.
