:nIO_PULLUP(PIN:AK3)AND PORSEL(PIN:AL2) are floating

dear all:

Very pleased to be able to get your help, my useing device is EP2S180,

and now my JTAG chain cannot access. and i check my schematic found that

THE PIN :nIO_PULLUP(PIN:AK3)AND PORSEL(PIN:AL2) are floating ,

my question is: is it becasuse these two floating pin make the JTAG chain unable to be accesed.

(Normal power supply,)

    No. That should be fine. Per
