New ContributorWas this ever solved? i'm having the same problem, i found this https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd06272006_61.html and below it has a link to download the license (https://www.altera.com/support/software/download/daemons/dnl-lic_daemons.jsp) but it leads into a "no resource found" page
