I'm using Version 15, since my school uses version 15. Also I downloaded modelsim starter edition since it came with the download page. http://dl.altera.com/15.0/ Even though I check my pc, it doesn't say starter edition on it but I'm positive it is since thats the only thing i've ever downloaded with it.
