hi, can any body tell me,is nios II processor supporting nand flash ?also if yes then the driver for nand flash is available in sopc builder library or not.

Honored ContributorSorry you are right, the NAND flash chips don't use a CFI interface. AFAIK there isn't any NAND flash controller in the default installation, but there seems to be a third party controller available:
