Multiple drivers due to always enable I/O buffer

Error information: the NODE xxxx has multiple drivers due to always enabled I/O buffer. Is there any expert to explain how this kind of error happens? and how to fix it? Thanks and best regards ...

Sorry, I don't clearly understand the structure of the said node, where you connected tri-state drivers and what are the involved module port types (in, out, inout?)
