ModelSim Linux doesn't print error messages

Hello everybody,

I just started with Altera ModelSim two days ago and I have a problem that it doesn't say what's wrong when compilation fails. Transcript window says something like:

#  Loading project vhdl1#  Compile of fde1.vhd failed with 1 errors.
ModelSim>

Same thing no matter what's wrong with the code..

Using Altera ModelSim Starter Edition 6.5b
