MAX7000 (EPM7032) power cut during programming -> can not program any more

I had to perform emergency power cut during JTAG programming cycle because other chip started to heat (the cause is wrong output level of unprogrammed CPLD). Now I can not reprogram device any more - programmer gives error almost immediately. JTAG BST is on, security bit it off in PFO file. Will appreciate any advice how to revive the chip. Thank you.
