MAX7000 (EPM7032) power cut during programming -> can not program any more

I had to perform emergency power cut during JTAG programming cycle because other chip started to heat (the cause is wrong output level of unprogrammed CPLD). Now I can not reprogram device any more -...

I can't help but I am curious as to what you're using to program the chip.. Hardware/Software?
