[MAX3064] Is clock input(not TCLK) is necessary to program using byteblater

Hi, I'm going to use MAX3064-10 in my asynchronous simple CPLD design.. I really dont need to use a clk.(@ CLkin1 or Clkin2). Is it ok to not connect any Xtal to CPLD. OR this clock is really eede...

If you are implementing combinational logic only, you don't need to connect a clock.
