MAX10 support for rtos

I am trying to decide on using an FPGA for my new design. I would like to know the following regarding MAX10 devices:

1. Do MAX10 devices support RTOS like QNX, VxWorks, etc.

2. Are Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL) available for these devices

    Hello,

    I'm also deciding on whether to use the Max 10 or a Cyclone IV.

    I need a device packaged with pins so I can solder the chip onto the board myself.

    Perhaps we can stay in touch as we go about finding info and developing our projects.
