MAX10 ADC Control Core - command_ready never high

Is there any reason why the MAX 10 ADC control core command_ready output is always low and never goes high even though I'm not giving it any sample to convert? This is from the MAX 10 ADC User ...

Hi,

1.Have tried to load simple program(switch->led)?

2.Can you probe at vref pin with input and share the images(check the input and vref of Max10 ADC)

Can you share the schematic screen short of configuration sheet and ADC interface with filter circuit.
