MAX 10 wlcsp life cycle

The MAX10 wlcsp part numbers (V36 and V81 packages) are no longer listed under the MAX10 - 10M02 and 10M08 sections in your product pages. Are they going to be discontinued?

There was a PCN mid 2021 that indicated there was going to be a change in fab location which indicated to me that they were going to be in continued production.

Can anyone weigh in on this?

  • Its a bit hard to comb through dozens of PDFs without any indication in the PCN title of what is being discontinued, but for anyone who stumbles on this...

The most recent PCN that mentions the MAX 10 wlcsp is PCN2124 from 5/28/2021 changing the fab company.

as of now there is no indication that these are being discontinued.
