Max 10 unused VREF's

In the Pin Connection Guidelines sheet for the Max 10 they specify to connect unused VREF pins as defined in QUARTUS II software. I assume that they are referring to the Pin Assignment Tool. Could so...

The .pin file will be generated after completion of the Fitter compilation.
