In the Pin Connection Guidelines sheet for the Max 10 they specify to connect unused VREF pins as defined in QUARTUS II software. I assume that they are referring to the Pin Assignment Tool. Could so...

11 years agoThe Pin Connection Guidelines are actually referring to the automatically generated .pin file. It will give you information like:
