MAX 10 Device ID (Chip ID)

We have difficulty to fine enough onboard MAX10 device for our products. We are seeking alternative parts. One of the issue is remote upgrade. We plan to use FPGA Device ID/Chip ID through JAM STA...

Hi,


The Chip ID contain wafer and lot number, so unique chip ID is confidential, hence Intel does not publish the chip ID in any documents.

And we also do not have the information for each devices.
