Thanks for your inquiry.

If we refer to Example 5 and Figure 5 of https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/dp/max-10/pcg-01018.pdf

it is not recommended to share VCCA and VCCIO1A/B as VCCA is powering analog part and is sensitive to noise.
