Make sharing Bet Nios II IDE and Qartus II

Hi all

I'm working with Nios II, I have a data stored into SDRAM, I want to display these data using vga controller but I didn't get the controller that I can use it in SOPC.

Can I use the data that stored into sdram from Quartus II and use verilog codes to display the image.

i.e, using nios II to process the data and store the data into SDRAM

then use verilog code that make share between sdram to vga in quartus II.

is it possible.

I'm using DE2-70 borad.
