Lost Quartus II project

hi i am a university student, made servo control board using MAX 3000 device now i have lost my quartus II project (Student Version) because of my harddisk failure now i have only one programmed...

i think may be this will happen in MAX+PLUSII programmer!

is this binary can be used to program another device
