Sorry for this: This device is too old, so it beyond lifespan.
I cannot find it in our website, and I try to contact our factory, they also didn't save it.

Bad to know, especially because the device is still active and not obsoleted (right?), IBIS model should be available...

sorry I overlooked that Cyclone1 was obsoleted in 2018 already...
I understand you don't have the models for obsoleted device - Thanks for your help
