Limitation for RAM writes and reads

Hi ,I would like to know is there any limitation for the number of writes and reads that can be performed with FPGA RAM.Regards,Similar

Hi @SK VA​ ,Yes, It's Infinite reads and writes from Controller or IP point of view.But however hardware side we do have limitation like MTBF.
