Letter of Volatility (LOV) for Altera USB-Blaster™ Download Cable

I need to obtain a letter of volatility (LOV) for the Altera USB-Blaster™ Download Cable, part number PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN. This must contain information on all volatile and non-volatile memory that resides on the device. This information should include the type, size, and the corresponding sanitization procedures for each type of memory.

      Looking for the same Altera USB-Blaster 2 Letter of Volatility (LOV). Posted last week have not gotten an answer or anyone to respond
