LEON3 GrmonRCP error "Could not open file jtag_client.dll"

Question

Hello

I have installed Windows7 64bit with quartus11.1sp2. I have uploaded to my StratixIII Development board the opencore LEON3. When I run the GrmonRCP (LEON3 Debugger) and try to connect via jtag to LEON3 core for debugging an error occurs. GrmonRCP console prints the following message "using Altera JTAG cable. Could not open file jtag_client.dll"

Is there anyone found a solution for this error ?

You must add the Quartus/bin PATH to your Windows System PATH VARIABLE:  Normally the Path is "C:\altera\10.0\quartus\bin" in this example for quartus version 10
