Jungo Windriver Multi DWORD Payload

Hello,

hope this topic has not been covered in any previous discussion.

Currently I am trying to send data over the PCIe to an Stratix IV GX using Jungo Windriver and the Altera PCIe megacore. The data is transferred using the WDC_MultiTransfer function.

A look at the signal tap shows that every DWORD sent from the computer is put into an own PCIe message creating a high overhead.

Does anybody have an idea whether this is an Jungo Windriver limitation or a problem in my FPGA desgin.
