jtag problem in max2

Daer Sir I am doing boundary scan testing. My jtag chain configuration is attach. I am not able to detect fault. Can anyone help me. best regards Nikhil

I'm sure you've posted this question before...

The diagram shows a system in which the EPM240 'hosts' 3 separate JTAG chains. In turn it is hosted from the 'External JTAG'. So, I expect the EPM240 must have (needs) a design in it which allows you to multiplex one of it's 3 host interfaces to the external JTAG host.

So, is the EPM240 programmed? What fault can't you detect? Can you see the EPM240 from your external JTAG host?
