JTAG Instruction for Security Modes

Hello , i would like to know the JTAG secure instructions such as OTP_VOLKEY_SECURE or EXT_JTAG_SECURE and how to program it to the Arria 10 .

Hi,

Tamper Protection security mode allows only encrypted bitstream to program the FPGA only, meanwhile for JTAG Security mode, it allows the access of JTAG to certain feature only.
