JTAG Configuration with cyclone V

Hello,I have a problem with the JTAG configuration with my Cyclone V (5CEFA7U19C7). Around 56% of download, he stop with an error (CONF_DONE error ... does not released). The NCONFIG and STATUS are released and the MSEL pins are set to PS Standard Configuration !!!! Is there someone who can help me ? Thank you,
