JTAG Chain with Daughterboard

Hi!

I have problems with the Dual Highspeed AD/DA converter board when using the JTAG chain, I can't find any bypass switch and on the DE3 board I am using JTAG is enabled as soon as a daughterboard is connected. Since this daughterboard doesnt use JTAG, i get chain errors as soon as it is connected and i try to program or use signaltap.

Does anyone know how to disable/bypass the JTAG chain on a specific top-connector or on the dughterboard? The dip-switches can only disable the bottom ones...
