Issues while installing Altera Byte Blaster driver on WES-7

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I want to install it on WES-7. But I am getting errors during installation.

Somehow, windows is not able to recognize the files(pgdhdlc.dll and pgdhdlc.sys) and throws error as "System cannot find the specified files".
