Issue programming Altera EPM7032SLC44-5

While using An ADVIN Pilot - MVP programmer having issues reading the device ID consistently ("unknown device code" error message).

The programmer did program and reported check sum verification on several devices but when trying to re-verify the ID can no longer be read properly.

Not sure if we received bad parts or it is a programmer issue.

Looking for suggestions on how to get these devices programmed.

Outsource availabe to program device?
