Issue: No response from your technical representative in ahmedabad

HI...

I have some issue about Quartus 13.1.4.182. version in my lab. All Systems are unable to compile any complex design as well as ALTPLL is not working . I have already given all the error details of your local representative named HARDIK PUROHIT from arrow electonics at his email Id <moderated> ,Pune . I have asked him many times to solve the problems but he is not responding to my mail's. and is also not receiving my phone calls.

Once he has visited to my lab but was unable to resolve the problems. Please take my problem into consideration and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO USE ALTERA SOFTWARE AND I WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS ALSO NOT TO GO WITH ALTERA BRAND .

    This forum is not really the place for this - you need to speak to altera directly. Try the mysupport part of the website.

    Moving this post to the FPGA forum since this is for the SoC devices. Also please do not post people's email addresses in the forum, the last thing they need is a spam bot spotting that.

    Hi sahid,

    I think you should directly file a service request to Altera. As long as you have a valid company email, you should be able to reach the Altera support.
