Is it possible to measure Analogue Signals in Quartus?

I have heard sometime that it is possible to make measures from digital signals representing analogue signals like a sine wave generated by a DDS or a NCO in Quartus. Could someone confirm it? and if it so, please how. I would like to view the output of a NCO like an oscilloscope, I will really appreciate your help.

    Not sure I understand what you're trying to do, but if you use the Signaltap tool you can look at the sampled signals in "graph" form so that they look like an oscilloscope output.
