Integration of d-Space with Altera Cyclone

Hi all,

Is there a way to integrate d-Space with Altera Cyclone FPGA kit? The exact scenario is in the following fashion:-

There is DC-DC Converter(Buck-Boost to be more precise) implemented on d-Space, I have a controller model implemented on Altera Cyclone FPGA, I need to channelize the o/p of d-Space to FPGA kit through ADC. Is it possible to do so? Are there any hazards involved here?

Any pointers/suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
