Well you can design your own, the tranceiver just transmits and receives single bits. It is up to you (or your specs) to say what they mean.

I have already written a programe to created an impulse, and I afected this impulse to the FPGA linfrarouge pine .

    but it doesn't work :(.

i used the frequency divider to create the impulse

What do you mean by that?

Could you tell what doesn't work? Is it transmitting? (you can probably check this by looking at it using a digital camera)

Post your code please. You need to specify what doesn't work, what works, etc. Once again, you lack detail in your description. Very hard to help if the is no information.

Excuse me if I am wrong, but to me this looks like "Hey guys, I have to make something but ehrm, can you do it for me?" We won't do that. We can help you on your way but we don't write code. How much VHDL or Verilog do you know?

This thread is weird. First you say you did write a program then you say you didn't.... First write the program by yourself and test it. If it still doesn't work then post it here. It's a learning experience.

i think i gave you a rang idea,

actually,i did write a programme to create pulses.

and sent it from the emettor to the receptor.

to create those pulses i used frequency divider.

    but it doesn't work.

and what i asked you about is not write the programme for me,but give me example to inspire from it.then i will write my own programme.

despite all this, thank you for your help, thank you so much

i'm sorry i gave you a rang idea.

So you want a pulse generator then? Use your favorite search engine for the web and search. There are plenty examples out there. Also you might consider reading a book about hardware design.
