I want your help in placing order

I want to place order to buy CycloneII FPGA Starter Kit but There is a problem with shipment company And when I choose FedEx they say to enter FedEx account number

I asked at Fedex at my country but they said that account only made for companies and take alot of time

So If you guys help me in this site Buyaltera.com

Or any other site that sell altera product and have less complications

I live in Egypt SO please help me
