I cannot open a ticket with Intel Support due to a single sign-on error.

I am having trouble generating a license from an activation code in the Intel FPGA Licensing Self-Service center.

I am attempting to open a ticket with Intel for support but when I visit supporttickets.intel.com I see the attached error message.

Is there another way I can reach Intel support?
