HyperRAM on MAX10

Hello, my name is Sergey.

I've got the HyperBUS standard IP-core from Cypress company.

I have Altera MAX 10 in 153-pin MBGA package. I've heard that this device package is not compatible with Double Data Rate interface.

Will HyperRAM be compatible with it? Or I should to change the package?
