How to view the contents of DualPort Ram memory using SignalTap II?

Can somebody tell me how to check the contents of memory in Dual port RAM by using SignalTap II? I notice that we cannot use In-System Memory Content Editor to check the contents of memory in...

Actually, I have used the Memory Initialization file .mif in my DualPort RAM. I am beginner of using SignalTap II ELA.

Do you mean I have to create one register/output port and assign the output,q ram data to register/output port and use signaltap II to tap this signal?

Can I directly tap the output,q data from RAM?
