how to use the "avalon conduit"?

How to use "avalon conduit" interface? is it used to connect the avalon-mm slave and master interface to the off-chip peripheral ? Is there any document about how to use them?

The conduit is used to bring any signals out of SoPC builder to the outside world. They can be whatever signals you like.
