How to turn Turbo bit off for MAX7000S device

This is simple question I spent amount of time on. Datasheet search and Google do not give any answer. I can not find related setting in project or device options. Please help.

    1) Under the 'Assignments' menu, click on 'Settings...'

    2) Select 'Fitter Settings' in the left hand pane.

    3) Click on 'More Settings...'

    There you'll find the 'Auto Turbo Bit' control.
