how to store program into UP3 permanently?

Do someone can tell me that why i download my program to UP3, after switch off the current, the program is not stored! after switch on, then i need to download it again! does it my source codes...

The two problems are unrelated, I think. EPCS1 has to be selected in Quartus device options to generate the right *.pof file type. This must be done anyway.

"Can't recognize silicon ID" is another issue. As I said, I assume a hardware problem. With some boards, there may be special setup issues than can cause AS access failure, but I'm not aware with the UP3 board.
